Private Pilates sessions are an excellent option for those who want that one on one time with our experienced instructors. Whether you are recovering from an injury, new to Pilates and want to get comfortable with the moves & equipment before joining a group class, pre-natal or post-natal, an athlete who wants to work on specific exercises to enhance their sport, or you just want to try the fun pieces of equipment in our Private suite, a private session is for you!

Semi-Private Sessions: Get all the benefits of a Private session but workout with a friend.

Semi-Private Session Packages

• Single Session= $110

• 5 Pack= $500

  (Total Savings = $50)
