I love coming to Gold Lion Pilates and I really appreciate Brooke the instructor and how patient and encouraging she is. The whole vibe at the studio is just so different from my past experiences at other places. I came from a studio where the instructors felt robotic and the front desk staff barely acknowledged your presence—definitely not the case here! Simone and her team are so welcoming, passionate, and professional. They genuinely care about you and your progress. The studio itself is beautiful—fresh, clean, and welcoming. I honestly can’t get enough of the amazing smell when I walk in! The small class sizes make it feel really intimate, and I love how much attention each person gets. It’s just such a great, supportive atmosphere. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to give Pilates a try or anyone who’s been frustrated with other places—this is the real deal!

I am 57 years old. I started taking classes with Simone a couple of months ago. After a consultation to assess my alignment and strength, she developed a completely unique and custom workout for me. The workouts are challenging, exciting, and achievable. I truly look forward to them. I have never had a trainer like Simone who has such a keen awareness and connection with the human body. She is incredible! I am so pleased with the progress I have made in such a short time. I feel stronger; have more flexibility, energy and stamina. I am hooked for life!

Simone is a wonderful instructor. Not only does she have a vast knowledge of Pilates, she knows how to tailor to each person and make them feel at ease. The only way I can get myself to exercise is if I enjoy it, and I really do enjoy these classes. I highly recommend it.
