Gold Lion Pilates is located in beautiful Hendersonville, TN (just 25 minutes East of Nashville). You can find the studio in the back of the Bluegrass Endodontics building (in-between Bluegrass Liquors and Sonic).

Parking

Parking can be found around back where the studio is located. We do share parking with our amazing neighbors Guerrilla Grappling, so if you notice the parking lot is full, you may use the upper lot after 5pm M-F and anytime on the weekends (please do not park in the upper lot during the weekday hours of 7am-5pm).
