Cancellation Policy.

Gold Lion Pilates requires 12 hour notice to cancel a session for an account credit for that session to be used at a future date within the package expiration date. If you "Late Cancel" you will lose your account credit/cost of the session. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please email info@goldlionpilates.com or text us and we will work with you on waiving the cancellation policy. Account credits may not be refunded or transferred for any reason.

Booking Policy.

GLP requires all sessions be paid for up front to secure the appointment within 24 hours of booking. If the appointment is not paid for after the 24 hours the session will be cancelled and that time slot will be given to another client. You will be responsible for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment before 12 hours of the session time (see cancellation policy). Failure to cancel within this window will result in the loss of the session.
