Foundation Flow
Perfect for all levels, Foundation Flow is ideal for beginners looking to learn Pilates fundamentals, equipment, and movement variations. It’s also great for experienced practitioners who want to slow down, refine their form, and explore resistance in familiar exercises. This class focuses on building a strong foundation while enhancing control and alignment.
Elongate
Elongate is a 45 minute class completely dedicated to stretch, lengthen, and release. Starting with a gentle warm-up then moving into those juicy stretches & mobility exercises that will leave you feeling inches taller! We will utilize the mat, reformer, and other various props. This class is perfect for every level.
Reformer + Tower
This dynamic class combines the flowing movements of the reformer with the added resistance and versatility of the tower system. Using springs, bars, and straps, you’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance core stability. Perfect for all levels, this class offers modifications and challenges to help you move with control, alignment, and confidence!
All Levels Flow
All Levels Flow is a great class for everyone at any level of practice who wants to move through a moderately paced class. We will work through the Pilates fundamentals and offer modifications to make each move more or less challenging so everyone in class can take their movement exactly where they need it.
Athletic Reformer
Athletic reformer is an advanced class for those who want to do strength training Pilates. We use the reformer as a piece of gym equipment and progressively load muscles to build strength & mobility. Don't worry, there is still a very deep Pilates principles connection to this class as we incorporate traditional moves in a creative class plan that will be a nice challenge for those who feel like they want to take it to the next level. A strong awareness, connection to the body, & Pilates fundamentals is requires for this class.
*This class is not recommended for those with injuries, pregnancy, or those who don't feel comfortable standing on the reformer*
Intermediate Flow
Intermediate Flow is a moderately paced class for those who want to take their practice to the next level while still focusing on the Pilates principles & form. We will be using various props like hand weights, weighted rings, the tower, etc. We will test your balance and range of motion in this full body workout.
*We recommend taking several beginner classes and feeling confident with the Pilates principles before taking this class.
Elevate
Elevate is an all levels class that features our jump board (think of cardio on the reformer)! We will get those hear rates up with a series of jumping, strength training, circuits, and functional movement. It's a fun fast paced class that will get you sweating in no time. *Not recommended for those with knee injuries, vertigo, or anyone who doesn't like jumping(lol)*
